I actually think this is pretty interesting, because I was thinking the other day just in general, that I think that age isn't as scrutinized in communities that are small like the disability community. But I do know that there are definitely some questionable relationships that have formed between very big age gaps. But chronology does not seem to be as defined. I know that there are 15 year-old tech geeks hanging out with 45-year-old tech geeks and nobody thinks twice about it. But if you tried to have that same relationship a 15-year-old computer geek kid talking to a 45 year-old computer geek guy, I think they would definitely get more scrutiny on Facebook Instagram as opposed to more blind specific spaces where again, because the world desexualized is us, I think that's why age gap relationships amongst the blind or not given the same scrutiny as they would be in mainstream society

Thanks Doug for your comment, your perspective is always very welcome and I appreciate that you shared a lot of personal antidotes. And Sufe, I think you’re right there and it’s difficult because in very small, tight knit communities it may very well be that teenager an adult form a very strong bond because they understand each other but is that relationship safe or healthy.
