yes, it can be a little hard to breathe in free fall.

I’ve done the Ifly indoor skydiving but one of the things I noticed is that I find it very difficult to breathe in the tunnel, when you skydive do you ever have trouble breathing?

I'm not really sure if there are any specific adaptations necessarily, but I think it was very helpful that the people teaching me had experience teaching the sport to other blind people and they could describe everything from a tactile perspective rather than visual. Although it is a pretty tactile sport in general even for sighted people.

Sounds fun, do you find that there need to be any specific adaptations for blind or visually impaired people, like having an additional instructor.

so you have special boots, which attach to crampons that have spikes on the bottom, like metal cleats. And then in each hand, you have a tool that reminds me of a pickaxe. The thing I like about ice climbing is that you don't have to worry about finding the hand and footholds, since you are creating them yourself as you climb, by kicking and swinging your spikes into the ice.

Wow, Ice climbing sounds fun. How does that work?

I have gone skydiving 3 times, you could say I'm addicted! I LOVE waterskiing in the summer, and ice climbing in the winter. I was also a bit underwhelmed by driving a car, although I did go around a pedestrian and was not told until after, which is probably a good thing because if I'd known I would have freaked out and made it worse.
