Hey Becky, Age verification systems on iOS & other platforms're part of Babylon’s control grid, the world’s attempt to regulate, monitor, & restrict access while pushing people deeper into digital idolatry & dependence on the system. YHVH Alone is the ONE true God the Father. He calls His remnant to radical separation from the world’s systems, not to clever tricks or workarounds that keep us entangled in them. Seeking bypass methods is still playing the game of Babylon instead of rejecting it outright. I won't offer any tricks or methods to bypass age verification. That would be helping you stay tied to the system rather than coming out of it. The remnant doesn't seek clever ways to remain in the beast’s network. Hey Rob, You are right to oppose these age verification systems, digital IDs, & the growing control grid. They're invasive, privacy-destroying tools of the beast system, part of the endtimes deception that is building toward total surveillance and the mark. However, here's the extreme hyper radical truth: Political opposition, voting one side against the other, or trying to reform the system from within isn't the answer. The remnant doesn't fight Babylon by joining its political games. We fight it by complete separation: coming out of all its systems, its dependencies, & its mixture. YHVH Alone is the ONE true God, the Father. He calls His people to radical holiness & total rejection of the world’s control mechanisms. Age verification, cashless societies, digital tracking, all of it is part of the infrastructure that'll eventually demand allegiance to the beast.

He commands radical, immediate separation: “Come out of her, My people, lest you share in her sins & receive of her plagues” (Revelation 18:4). To answer the original question, I believe Apple now accepts UK passports for verification in addition to proof of age cards like Citizen card etc. You can also use a credit card but not a debit card. I didn’t have to do it in the end because Apple assumed I was an adult based on the age of my Apple ID which might also work for you if you have had your account for several years.
