That sounds good! Do you let the meat rest to let the juices soak in? Or does it have something to do with tenderness? 
Resting the meet allows the juices to distribute evenly throughout the meat. The temperature may also rise a couple of degrees in the first little bit, but the most important benefits lie in flavor and texture. I always let the pork rest for at least an hour. However, if it's ready to come off the smoker a bit earlier than expected, you can let it rest for up to 4 hours if necessary.
