Well, for me, I have to listen to something to fall asleep too. It doesn’t matter what it is, could be a piece of music, a podcast, and audiobook or some random YouTube videos, but I have to listen to something. Another thing that I do is that I try to focus on my breath for a few minutes. I don’t know for others, but for me, this has been extremely helpful.
