That’s so annoying. I’ve been having the same issue as an admin. My only workaround so far has been asking someone who has some sight and doesn't use VoiceOver to check the member list and make sure everyone agreed to the rules.

The best way to do it at this point in time is on the computer. You can use screen recognition on iOS, but it's still challenging.
