Could use some help with certifying authority part of National Library Service online application

in order for it to be certified. You need to have either a nurse signature, a Doctor signature, because they have to know that you are blind. That’s the way to get it certified. I did paper application, back in 2016. At the visiting nurse that I had she signed off on it. It has to be some sort of healthcare professional.

What about a dentist nurse? She knows that I'm blind.

I can’t see why not. You can ask the nurse. You really should ask the national library service of the Blind just in case.

Yeah. I just don't go to a lot of doctors. The only doctor I go to is the dentist, so I guess I can ask them. Thank you though.
