Well, first of all, I tell them that they don’t have to describe the things on the plate. I just like to dig in and start where I start and finish where I finish. However, I don’t mind people using the Time position if they wanna do that and a lot of waitresses do at restaurants don’t come out and say mashed potatoes at 6 o’clock corn at five year meat at seven you know on and on that’s all right but the way fingers are all on the same plate and it’s all going to the same place and eventually I will get to it all I said where things are not where fingers are.

Nothing ever goes on my plate that I don’t know about. And I think it should be a requirement to teach children and adults for that matter how to read a time clock because you can use it in so many ways you know the most significant one, of course, being to read the face of a clock, but you can use it to tell people about positions. I have my friends give me directions or tell me places like that all the time you know, and having learned how to read the clock and knowing pretty much in my entire positions, I can follow their instructions with ease and they like using instead of saying oh and your potatoes are on your left and and your corn is next. Your potatoes are a little to the Ride you know and so yeah I think it’s very valuable and very important that every one who can you know choose to learn to read a time clock, and we should promote it as well.
