I make a killer doro wat. Which is to say I make doro wat but noone else knows what it is so to them it's just "exotic" food. I also make good risottos, but the problem is that risottos don't fill me up so I stopped making them. I made my own cold brew yesterday, since I had way too much coffee at home. Fill the filter with coffee, a bit of cinnamon, cardemum, and a split vanilla pod. Then for my liquid I buy evaperated milk and mix with regular water. Serve over ice. Yum.

I make a very good Nutella hot chocolate, if I do say so myself. Just some heated milk and Nutella in a cup, it’s banging as the kids used to say, I’m not sure if they still do.
