hope I'm commenting on the right post here sometimes hard to tell on computer..love that prayer..very nice...and I don't know...I mean often people function more in the day..babies and parents and nine to fives...I am a huge creative and night owl...so I sleep at very odd hours...but if I am committed to something then it's important to get up when I am committed but again yeah musicians perform lots at night which justifies my sleep. My family sometimes are like why are you lazy sleeping in the day. I think though it has something to do with the sun but again as I've stated being blind and non 24 stuff, valid of you to ask. NO straight answer right now but certainly something to consider. And , in more rural areas the birds are awake in the morning too..you get my point
