You have probably encountered apps and websites that give you the option of manually entering your email address to create an account, or signing in with Apple, or other login providers such as Google. The section of settings that you are asking about allows you to manage all of those accounts that you have created using the sign in with Apple option when it is presented to you in an app or website

@sledge well said. The only thing I will add as to feel free to open it up and look at it. As mentioned, it’s essentially for the third-party account logins. If you’ve never done that, you shouldn’t see anything there.
