I’ve never actually used this myself, but from an audio perspective, the overall concept remains the same. Outside of high-end professional work, .mp3 is pretty much ideal for almost any everyday use. In fact, to keep the file size down, I’d suggest setting the bitrate to 128 kbps VBR (which stands for Variable Bit Rate). The difference between 320 and 128 is so microscopic that an amateur editor or regular listener won't ever notice it. Hence, you're absolutely good to go with 128 kbps VBR. If neither VBR or CBR (Constant Bit Rate) is mentioned there, just stick with 128KB PS only if you wish!
