no offense, but your voice is hot. i use obs also for twitch, and i'm reading that it can be used just for audio recording without video streaming. my only other experience is with audacity, but you would need to route your microphone to play on your speakers so it can be a single input (Right-click the speaker icon, go to Microphone properties, check Listen to this device, open Audacity, set host to Windows WASAPI, set recording device to loopback, and hit Record.)
