I’m able to sleep during the day, but only when I’m on break from school, since I go to college. And we’re on break this week because it’s Thanksgiving.

I’ve always struggled with sleep, and I take a sleep aid, then I can bump up the dose of if I need to, but I’m trying not to do that because I don’t want to be a complete zombie the next day, especially when I have classes and exams.

You have a point there. I take the vix zQuil gummies, the lowest dosage possible, think it's only like 2 mg per gummy, and that stuff just knocks me out 99 percent of the time. Sometimes though if I have a lot on my mind it backfires on me

That's what I hate about the medication given to us for sleeping that you end up walking around like a zombie throughout the day. Some of those medication's take a few days for you to fully recover from, but then you go back to the same cycle!

Just be careful with some of the medication these pharmaceutical assholes give you, because something the side effects are by far worse than a treatment
