Nope. Not unless you want to wait for 1 million millennium. And getting the new phone isn't a complete fix either. Just found that out too. I think it's an issue in the app.

Hey that button on the bottom right corner could either open the camera or you could also program it to open Instagram as well. I ended up disabling it completely though, I don’t see myself using it.

Settings, accessibility, camera control. Turn it off.

Settings, camera, and then you go to camera control. The option you want is non.
