What phone are you running, and how is dictation on that beta? And what about battery life as well?

Currently running the 16 Pro Max. Dictation is usually hit or miss.

Yes, I guess we will all have to go out and get the pro models if we want to be able to fly a lot of the new stuff.

Yes that’s probably what I’ll end up doing because T-Mobile really gives us good deals on upgrades. So I’ll get the 18 Pro in September more than likely. The base model 18 won’t be available until March of next year. But the base model will not run all of the new stuff.

That's good to know. I was thinking I'd just get the 18, but with that info, I'll spend the extra money on the Pro. If I'm gonna upgrade, I want to get the phone that will do it all.

Yes, Apple is positioning themselves to where you must have the pros to run all this stuff and they’re saying it’s all about the processor difference between the phones. So in September the only new models that will be out will be the pro, the promax and maybe the air. Some of the rumors are indicating that the air won’t come out until March alongside the 18 and the 18 E. But we’ll have to see about that.

Oh and of course the fold is going to run all the stuff, if you wanna throw down $2500 for one of those bad boys. There is absolutely no way that I’m paying 2 1/2 grand for a phone with hinges. Remember how the old flip phones would wear out after he opened them and closed them a lot. Imagine four years of that.

Well all of that enhanced stuff is going to drain your battery quicker, and I’m definitely not interested in that. I personally want the best battery life that I can possibly have.

Depends on how much you use it, I guess. If I can save battery by not using any of my other AI apps, has to be good.
