Why don't you just message Josh directly on here? You might have a better chance of getting a response on here. Just calm down, you seem to overthink everything. It's not that serious. And you're not the only one that has this issue. I have it. You just have to wait a couple seconds, and try again.

more specifically, I use this platform with both iOS, and with android, and have this issue on both

actually, for the time being, I use both. Not exactly happy about that, but, due to work reasons, I don't have much of a choice.
