Sometimes my Voiceover can't speak. Is there a way to fix this?

Hi! An app can request various levels of alertness. Not sure if on IOS this silences Voice Over, but have you ever been on TeamTalk and realized that system vibrations don't play, like when previewing ringtones or Voice Over doesn't speak while changing windows? This happens because TeamTalk may request one of many levels of don't alert. Have you checked if it does it to specific apps when you play something, or does it do it to all the apps? Try Tidal. Tidal is one of the apps I know for sure doesn't have any levels of silencing alerts on any operating system set.

Replying to @Blinky_X: AudioThat sounds like stalls and crashes. Tracy, did your voice over do sounds without speech, or was it simply crashing?
