I thought this was a well done review of your experience at the theater. I’m sorry that everything didn’t go quite as smoothly as you hoped it would. But in a world of imperfections, you have to expect something like this sometimes. But it sounds like your experience wasn’t an overall waste of time. And I hope that you reported the driver who drove away from you just as you were trying to get into the Uber. That was wrong. And he should be reprimanded. And I’m glad you’re willing to go through that. The actual theatrical experience again, because the second time around your experience will probably be much better. I bet any future experience at that theater would be better, just because they sound like they were really trying. However, your ride experience is suspicious to me because it sounds entirely possible that your driver canceled on figuring out who was about to get into the car. Not cool if so.
