I have and I absolutely hated them! It was so depressing they treated you like shit. I went when I was both a kid and a young adult.

I did not have a cell phone back then so I could not call to get my mom to pick me up because they claimed that the phones were broken. I think they knew how shitty they were being to everyone and that everybody would get home sick and wanna go home.

There are still adult summer camps for the blind in United States. Blind people tell them to do horseback riding or archery or rock, climbing, canoeing, kayaking, swimming kinda like a vacation I guess socialize with other blind people.

No worries, I went to blind camp when I was a kid and if the adult camps only had whiskey and marijuana I would be down. But it’s like nursery, school and soft living,

Oh my god yes! Actually, they did give us an outing to allegiant and I got fucking hammered. It was ridiculous lol. So there was I guess one little highlight to that year but now I don’t think I could do without my weed. I think I’d go apeshit if I didn’t have it.
