The ios share sheet has been random for a long time. It isn't related to what apps you use the most. The best thing that you can do is delete apps that you don't use so that it might show up, and try sharing other file types or from other apps. Fo example try sharing from the files app. And if ramblio finally does appear, try to add it to your favorites.

Yay glad that worked. Maybe from the files app you can add ramblio to your favorites and try sharing from voice memos again.

I was going to say you would probably have to save your files to the files at 1st to share them with Ramblio. i'm glad you've got it figured out now.

In case this helps: I ran into a similar situation when I wanted to share something with WhatsApp, but WhatsApp didn’t immediately appear in my share options even when I hit the more button once. In going through the screen again I saw that more still appears; when I double tapped on it and flicked through the options again, WhatsApp was there. So, maybe this would be the case with Ramblio.
