Um, I'm gonna guess... A porty potty is miked at the bottleneck, below the bowl and, uh, someone is sitting on it, doing their thing, and that feed is playing back through a pare of stereo speakers, which, is then miked, again, by, a person waring a pare of stereo mics on their body.
