Is it a DJ mixer? how much u pay for that what about the microphone? How much you pay for that? Sounds like it’s a pretty cool one. What do you do for work? I need a job. I used to freelance DJ for about eight years. I still mess around with mixes

My mixer is the Yamaha MG10XU. It is good for livestreaming, small live events, and hybrid events, where you could livestream a live event. I am a property manager by trade, so the property I manage needs quite a bit of work done before I entertain guests, since I have it listed on the main rental sites like Airbnb and Evolve. I have a pool, big house, and even a putting green. There are a couple other ball courts I have, but that should give an idea of just how big it is. I did a bit of online radio broadcasting myself, before I got my mixer. I used a USB mic and Virtual Audio Cable to manage my music and co-hosts.

I payed about $230 for the mixer, about $80 for the headphones, another $80 for the microphone, and about $25 for each cable, so all told, I would say I spent about $550 or so for everything.

Damn, your microphone has more features. Mine was a bit more expensive. My mixer, I believe I paid around the same, but yours is probably cooler since it has all kinds of other outputs and inputs

I just bought my mixer for DJing. I have two CDJ controllers. Those were expensive, about 800 apiece.

Well, aside from the outputs I mentioned, I have a stereo pair of XLR outputs that mirror the line outputs next to the headphones output. Then, next to the FX or aux-send input, which I think can also support something like an external compressor or noise gate, there is an input for a foot pedal, but I am not sure what I would use that for. I think it is just how you use what you have. My other setup used a lot of audio repeaters and virtual cables, and a couple drawbacks of this particular mixer are that the back of it gets really hot, and while the microphone outputs all have knobs for highs, mids, and lows, the other channels only have highs and lows, but for some reason, no mids. I forgot to mention that there are also buttons on the mixer that turn on phantom power for all 4 mic inputs, which could be another drawback, , bring channels 9/10 into the mix or just keep it on the headphones, and a button that when you press it, all you hear is the USB, and when it is up, you hear everything. I am sure there is a practical use for it, I just don't know. I mainly got this mixer for streaming content to my TeamTalk server.

What mixer do you have? I wanted to get myself the Mackie Pro FXv3, but that one looked too complicated. My Yamaha mixer is very straight-forward, and I like it that way because I do not like to struggle.
