The only way I can think of to enhance NVDA's voice quality is using addons or using something like SAPI. You could also use the windows 1 Core voices which narrator uses. If you have the add-on where you were able to use Daniel, you could also try installing it and running it, you would just have to tell NVDA you understand it is incompatible.
