Of course, one could think about the fact that when you listen to a piece of music through speakers playing from a CD, cassette tape, vinyl or streaming on the Internet, what you’re hearing is instruments and singers perfectly tuned with Mike’s in a recording studio, where a piece of music has been mixed to sound a certain way. One could argue isn’t that roughly the same as AI music in a way except for you have real musicians, of course, performing, but at the end of the day, what you’re hearing on a CD, vinyl, cassette tape, screaming on the Internet is not the same music you would hear listening to someone performing in the streets with no microphones or a live performance with no microphones. Doesn’t a microphone alter the sound of music? Doesn’t music performed in a recording studio, which has been mixed and had its different pictures and levels and things are altered, actually an artificial version of the original performance? Some questions I was just thinking about.
