    Yup, I'm typing from Windows 11 and using the driver link I posted. Seems like this one will be better, especially if you want all the hidden dectalk parameters and stuff. Works fine in windows10 too. I checked and they're doing this the right way; 32 and 64 bit dll's dectalk libraries. That's the cleanest way I think. So happy about this!

    Are they using the version that has been recently improved with better singing, or is it that version that has been previously made before Axel made his changes to the synthesizer? he did fix all the phonetic transitions so they don’t quite sound like 4.64 despite the roms being implemented from maybe 4.2 CD.

    He took the phonetic transitions and timing from 4.60 so now it sounds more like the classic versions. I think previously it could’ve been using the 5.0 phonetic timing.

    Not sure, but I'm assuming it has those fixes. The utterances feel more like 4.3, laid back, less abrupt, compared to 4.99.

    I kind of wish that the roms to 4.0 were used. Version 4.3 has a weird accent to me.
