    I think when these companies deliver items like that, the chances are you’re not at home that they want to be sending you a text message telling you when the item is being delivered when it has been delivered. There’s no excuse for these companies to allow your packages to be stolen. And they know the chances are if they’re left out on the porch or in the chair that somebody is likely to come and pick it up. You should be able to get back every penny that you spent on those shorts. And Walmart should be reprimanded, and any company that just throws packages on your porch or put them on your chair without notifying you that they are there.
