I've run into this a few times. the be my ai app on iOS for one. it flat out refused to use the words male or man when describing me. then copilot, on windows, and chat gpt did something similar with a photo of a friend. so, I built an image describer app in python. I had to try out different llm's to find ones that didn't follow those rules.
