Ok so I am blind from birth and have a decent amount of experience and have also moved out already and came back. I still have a patience issue. It's not due to entitlement, more so just that I am an easily frustrated person. I like things to go smooth. While also knowing that it won't happen all the time. And your probably thinking... "No shit shurlock. That happens to all of us!" And all I can say is it's more of an intense frustration Especially when things are misplaced. Who knows. Maybe to some extent, blindness and o c d are connected. With that being said, everything else I can agree with. There are a lot of people that are blind from birth and it does look slightley different. People often have asked me if I went blind later in life and I didn't understand why until I was older and was introduced to more blind people. I agree there are a lot of issues with this community but I also feel like it's not just exclusive to this little blind world either. Because I see people on regular social media platforms do that all the time. Being keyboard warriors, acting entitled and like the world owes them and like everybody should pander to them. Safe spaces are only safe if your posting in a likeminded forum. Not saying things publicly or criticizing others and then flipping your shit the minute that 1 person disagrees with you or says something your little sheltered ass wasn't prepared to hear. But yeah, the pattern seams to be, if I have a problem with you, I'll go run my mouth to somebody else instead of directly saying anything to you about it. Almost always 100 percent guarantee they won’t have the same energy in person.
