All of my professional musician friends are using it to get creative in one idea that is emerging is that AI music is allowing musicians to use humankind as a canvas. So the average joke can create an AI song, but it’s not copyrightable so essentially a band could pick it up with no ethics problem. It’s just a text prompt. Anyone could do that once you hear a song. Just something to think about. But as humans were always evolving and it just so happens, this is a big evolving period.

But isn't that still fake? I get it. People don't have the time. So they get AI to write their papers. They don't think they're creative. So they get AI to create something. You don't have the money for a full band. So you add these artificial instruments behind your song. It's all fake. It's still not real. I don't know. I don't like it. I think it's fake. It is fake. It's not real. But I guess a lot of things are not real

I think AI music is stupid, un creative, predictable, and I think it should be banned. If people wanna sit home and use these programs to create this type of music. That's fine. There's nothing wrong with that. I don't know how music is produced and who pays for what but if I was a record label, there's no way in hell I would give anybody one dollar for any AI content. If you can figure out how to produce it yourself and sell it, whatever. But if I was a streaming service, I would not air your fake music. I don't know. I just like people to be creative and used their brains and use their imaginations and use their vocabulary and so forth in order to come up with beautiful music. This is not AI per se but I also don't like those musical instruments. I don't know the name of them but it's where you can create all this music and there are no actual musical instruments being used. It's different sounds in the program. So stupid. So fake. To me, that's not music. Just because the world is sitting us down at the table and saying here, eat it, it's fake, but you'll like it, trust us. We don't have to eat it.

I don't think it is, but also, I don't care if its AI or real, I except both forms of entertainment, I am not closed minded.
