Hi, I use Reddit on Windows using the Reddit for Blind client. It has been working well so far. I mainly read content from there. Since you are into writing, I heard Substack is a good publishing platform with social aspects. Following creators, commenting etc.

Reddit is definitely a reasonable option, and the Reddit app for iOS is accessible, but Dystopia is a much more simplified and straightforward iOS app for Reddit. You could also check out both mastodon, and blue sky, although from what I understand, the accessibility of blue sky is not considered great. I would definitely stay away from the garbage that is disgrace book and X.
