You know, I really applaud your candidness James. It takes a lot for most people to be as honest about that as you were. Some suggestions I have are when at a restaurant to try and remember to put a napkin of some sort in your lap. Make sure it spans your lap and then, your inclination to wipe your hands on your shorts will have a protective cloth or paper barrier. You can even buy a pack of cloth napkins on Amazon if you want to bring your own. Another thing I do, because I don't like sticky/crusty food textures on my hands, I fill a 4/5 ounce spray bottle with water and a few drops of some essential oil, so if I'm out at a fair/festival I can give my hands a nice spray down. Hand sanitizers sprays willl also work for this purpose, though I find that some of the cheaper brands leave behind a tacky residue that I also don't like. Lol
