There are certainly products out in the open source world that can accomplish what you’re asking for. The main problem is trying to find something to do this in iOS. I’m not sure that exist here.

try this website for converting your vids to audio, I have done this for youtube, but it also says it does other links too

if you use dropbox, you can create a folder with all these mp3 files, and it plays it in order like a playlist.
