I think the most unique things I've eaten on a pizza are real chicken and spinach. Hard to pick a favourite topping, but I guess it would be mushrooms.

Nice! The most unique thing I've eaten on a pizza is shrimp. And my favorite pizza toppings are garlic, basil, sausage, and pepperoni.
