Once they get this fixed everything should work fine with your security settings turned on in your router. Some of the blocking the ISP's do is for your own good, just not the blocking they did here. Lol

I went to my neighbors house, and I use their spectrum connection and they have the spectrum router. And when I try to play Messages, it didn’t work for me. So I have my friend disable the security settings in the spectrum app, and Walla it just worked for me.

I've just had an email from XFinity advanced security saying that its been cleared there too; it may take 48 hours for everything to be updated. Seems there was a list that had flagged the site, but hopefully should be all sorted soon.

The player does show up if you attempt to play an actual comment, but not when you attempt to place something in the main feed.

I am seeing one small change when I'm on my Wi-Fi. It's still not playing audio, but now when I double tap on a message it's not even showing the player at the bottom of the screen. When Josh posted that message yesterday about changing download providers that's when the player started showing up although it still wasn't playing anything. So now it's back to how it looked when this all first started when the player is not even pulling up.

It's still not working for me, but it could take a little while for the changes to propagate. I'll go in there here in a bit and reboot my router and see if that helps too.

Yeah that's really weird. I think Josh had to jump through a couple of hoops to try to get everything sorted out. It sounds like this was definitely not in Josh's control. Lol sounds like Comcast was being a prick lol

I would think that these ISPs would have to sort this out because Ramblio isn't doing anything illegal. It's not opening anyone up to any vulnerabilities or giving them any other reason to block it.

I just got home, and Comcast blocked it straight away. It decided to be really gracious and allow this one device to access it for 1 hour. I had to change to a higher data cellular plan, so as a result, I will not renew my paid membership to Ramblio, since I'm already having to pay extra just to access it.
