  My absolute favorite comfort show is New Girl. I watch it most nights at bedtime to help me wind down and fall asleep. My other main two are Queer Eye and What We Do in the Shadows, and sometimes I'll still go back to Gilmore Girls if it's a bad day and I just need to turn my brain off. I hope you were eventually able to get some sleep. Also George Lopez is a real blast from the past. I used to watch that pretty regularly when it was on Nick at Night.

  My favorite comfort shows are SpongeBob, Andy Griffith, Mike and Molly, The Brady Bunch, etc.

  first off, when have changing time zones ever helped anyone? lol. to answer your question, my go to show is most of the time law and order, but I do get into other things such as charmed, deadly women, or more recently, court cam.
