I mean, everyone has different preferences. I know people who love clingy partners because they themselves are clingy partners. It's not for me. I need alone time and space away from a partner to recharge, and even sometimes if we're in the same space, I get overstimulated if my partner wants to be physically touching me constantly. I want someone who is happy and fulfilled on their own and I just add to their life, not someone who revolves everything around me. But that's not a judgment on anyone else or how they want to conduct their relationships.
