I get where you’re coming from this can be a dicey one because I feel like you have to have proof but then again there are times when if a friend says she’s sexually assaulted by a man I am totally on her side but I can see where some men could get really frustrated with that if it’s not true so it can really go both ways

To be clear: when I say fucked someone over, I don't mean, Johny said something mean to Jimmy. I mean Johny fucked Jimmy's girlfriend, while pretending to be Jimmy's best friend. Or Johny stole money from Jimmy. Stuff like that.

Responding to the original post: what you described sounds like a bunch of teenaged girl behavior. Unfortunately, a lot of our community is socially delayed and limited in the things that we can actually do, especially if we live in an area with shitty public transportation. Our one strength is the ability to communicate, which lends itself to a lot of shit talking. I'm a journalist myself, so I'm equally guilty, but I don't unfriend people, because 2 2 of my friends don't get along. Now, if one of them truly fucked the other over, I probably would cut the offender off, because that person would have proven to be untrustworthy. And, I'm a firm believer that if you can fuck over your friend, you can fuck me over as well. I'm not special.
