Hey there, I know that Europe and the UK are really behind when it comes to AC. You should see if they sell neck fans over there. Some of them even come up with little rings that you can attach that you first put in the freezer so it gets all nice and cold, and then the air blows over the ring and you have kind of icy air blowing all around you. Try not to melt.

It’s rainy right now. It was quite hot earlier this week. It’s a little different for us since we have AC and we are sort of kinda used to it.
