Here’s a crazy cumbersome workaround. But it does work if you really need it very badly when the search Missouri completes the search take a screenshot then you can go to your photos and select that screenshot share it to Be My Eyes or Aira or something like that what it will say is that it is a Siri search overlay of your home screen or whatever screen was up when you did your search, but it will tell you what the search says.
