In my own dating experience, I’ve been dating for about nine years, since my early 20s. I’ve dated sighted women, and I know blind women can offer love, care, and affection in their own way. Personally, I feel more comfortable dating sighted women based on my own experiences and what feels natural to me. As far as intimacy, I’ve never personally experienced a woman telling me she wasn’t going to do something with me and then doing it anyway. I’m only speaking from my own dating experience. For me, communication, consent, comfort, and respecting boundaries matter most.
