So I know what you're talking about VoiceOver jumping a lot. What I do is just scroll up with three fingers a few times, then try to read through the rules. I notice if a message is super long, it'll jump to the bottom, but if you just scroll up with three fingers a few times, then try again, it should work. And if it still djumps, just keep scrolling. And I'm sorry that happened to you. People can be dumb.

I would definitely want to join, the only thing is is that I only have the windows version of discord, so I’m not entirely sure how the link would be sent on here, unless I just read it, and type in the link on my address for on my computer

Once you have the screenshots to prove how he was being a douche to you I'd leave once the server is reported. Kids that young shouldn't be on discord talking to a moderator that verbally abuses or is being passive aggressive to the members. Glad you said something and didn't sit there and let him walk all over you like that. I would stay in my own bubble.
