Hi Amy. Well, I really would like to know what you think of the taco mac & cheese because to me on the surface it sounds more like macaroni and hamburger mixed together. You know we used to make that a lot put hamburger meat in macaroni and then maybe a few seasonings you know put a little taco seasoning on it but anyway interesting. I am definitely interested in what you think about this dish.
