No, it’s not Alex. You’ve got to update the Ramblio app to the latest and there’s a tab on the bottom called hangouts specifically for hanging out.

private comunications are indeed possible, you can send PM's to anyone on both I O S and android sides now, and both sides have the hang outs feature, so you got plenty of options to use if you want. Ramblio is indeed a great place to be that is for sure.
