I remember you from live wire. I get that you're upset but people have a right to live around you. Dogs have a right to bark. They have to have limits on these kind of apps for record recordings because of upload spaces in the cloud and so on. I don't blame you for being upset about the government trying to control what you buy with food stamps though.

I can see that you’re you’re angry. We are here for you. Is there a way you could talk to your neighbours and figure out different arrangements for the dog? Are they friendly or are they just trying to provoke you? I think it could just be an issue of noise, but I don’t know your situation. But the rest just seems unfair and believe me, you’re not the only one I’ve had it as well. I posted a big emotional reply to a message today and I thought oh I can just sneak in like 11 minutes and then the whole thing just deleted. At least if they’re going to put a 10 minute time limit I wish they would say something like you have 30 seconds remaining at least then I know when to end it and go on putting 100 million more messages or something lol. I do hope you feel better soon.
