Potty training or picking up after a small breed dog?

Honestly I've had to learn about this more now myself. My Dachshund is a talker so a lot of times it's scheduling and some trial and error. This might be an unpopular method but if she pees, I know because she'll be wet down there, so I just wash my hands immediately after coming inside. Pooping is more difficult to detect without reaching down to feel them tense up, and that could break concentration if they're not trained like a guide dog the way yours is. We also don't have to pick up after them since it's private and both our babies go in particular spots. Just be consistent and patient, they'll pick up on your blindness and adjust as long as there's no one else confusing them with different training. Ginger's learned to fuss incessantly when she wants something since I don't look at her.

I had a Jack russle for few days and it worked for me to feel the groundfor the poop. same way I did it now. but she didn't work out they are just to hypor for me she only lasted a few days but because of jack russle this one was far to hypor.
