Sorry, this sounds very AI. What exactly did you and the boys do? Click buttons together? Lol

No disrespect, but I do not owe you an explanation. Besides, I am not you. I do not need artificial intelligence to sound good. We did all of that from scratch. A bachelor degree in jazz and pop art speaks for itself.

No, but I thought you prided yourself on your musicianship. I don't have a problem with people using AI, I just prefer when people are honest and upfront about it. You can be a valid musician and use AI. Just be honest when you do. But your defensiveness is the answer that I needed. You did use AI, and that's a shame. But oh well. To each his own. Just remember that AI and the proliferation of its use, makes real musicians and stuff less valuable to the general market. I'm not going to buy an album populated by AI stuff. But I will buy an album if it's got real live musicians on it. but that's just me. But take a look around, I think you'll find that everybody is a little tired of AI perfection and is missing the humanity that once existed in music without question. 🍹🙃

Time, is a little too precious, to be wasted on garbage. Whatever makes you happy

That's definitely AI. No doubt about it. I can tell by the way the Guitar sounds, the drums are way too quantized, and everything is way too tight and clean and stripped of any human feel. As someone who has been producing music for close to 40 years, I can definitely tell the difference. I like the groove though, now you guys just need to replay it yourselves, and then you can take full credit, that's what I do. There's nothing wrong with using AI to get the idea, just make sure to take that idea outside of AI and make it your own. ✊🏽✊🏽

And I know my previous comment is probably going to get some kickback. But it's whatever. My ear hears what it hears, and unless I can stand in the room and hear you guys do it live, I'm going to continue to assume that that is artificial intelligence. Plus the mix sounds like AI also, that's another dead giveaway. I've been listening to way too much of this AI music, and there are so many little small nuances that are dead giveaways that only a true trained year from someone who has been in these trenches for years can hear.

Hey, appreciate the detailed breakdown and the years of experience behind it. I can hear why some of those things jumped out at you. The tight drums and clean mix come from how we produced it after tracking, not from AI. We played the core parts ourselves — guitar included — then layered and tightened things in the box. That’s why it sits more locked-in than a pure live take. The small production choices are ours, not generated. I’ve used AI before for rough ideas and sketches, no problem admitting that, but this track wasn’t one of them. We built and played it. Glad the groove still connected with you. If we ever get the chance to play it live in the same room, that would settle it. Thanks for listening ✊🏽🙏
