oh dear! Not good you were going through that. Sound like a lot of these cruise ship staff need more awareness training! That really isn't funny.

I hope you get some kind of satisfactory resolution, and if not, some funding to go home. I would hate to hear your honeymoon was ruined by promises the company made but the crew wouldn't keep. Hope everything else about your cruise has been lovely.
