I've read a couple of Karin Slaughter books and liked two of them. They were the first books in the Will Trent series. Right now I'm reading Lost and Found Family by Jennifer Ryan. I was hoping for more of a family story but also knew it would be a romance. I am a little more than halfway done and things are a little too unrealistic for me. Things seem to be going a little too well and she is more kindhearted than the people who mistreated her deserve. I would have liked to see all that goodwill closer to the end of the book.

There was a period of time when The Chronology of Water was my absolute favorite book of all time. I still think about some of the quotes I used to love from it, but I haven't read it in years so I don't know if I would still love it. I just finished reading The Forest of Missing Girls by Michelle Giraldes, which was a pretty wild ride that I stayed up too late to finish because I needed to know what happened. I haven't done that in a while.

Yesterdday I started a book titled The Johns: Sex for Sale and the Men Who Buy It by Victor Malarek, It Focuses on the Demand. The interviews and profiles of those guuys who go for commercial sex are surprising to put it softly, yeah definitely not for the squeamish. This journalist has a previous book also on the same topic from the perspective of women who have been trafficked. Oh my gosh, world is so real and so beyond my simple, ordinary life, shockingly real.

the emperion book series. It's like Eragon, but the dragon's are fresh out of both mercy and fucks to give lol. I also love the Sword Of Truth series. It's totally libertarian propaganda, but his world-building is incredible

Or there's another one I'm thinking about reading called, "how to be hated from conception" by Dan Owens

The family by Ed Saunders. Published in 1971. Still stands as the most complete and authoritative work on the Charles Manson family. There are some freaky stuff in this book.

I'm reading the Sword of Truth series by Terry Goodkind. I'm putting what you're reading on my must read list. The winter always calls for books and tea, or cider if you're feeling adventurous.

So I work for Amazon, therefore, I have a lot of time on my hands while I pack inventory. I read a lot. I'm going to be starting the maze Runner series tomorrow. My girl and I are also reading the Harry Potter dramatized series.
