Oh I love pop tarts. What kind did you have? My new favorite is the strawberry, unfrosted. I'm older now and can't stand all of that hard icing on the outside. Anyway, I think computers are great. I just got a new computer and I love it. You're right, it is a matter of opinion. For those that like computers, they love their computer. But I have a friend who said computer??? Why the hell would I have a computer??? I'm not doing anything on the computer!!! That was OK for her but I could not wait to get my computer. And I finally did. I love it. And I think no matter how much it cost, if you got it, or if you can figure out how to spend someone else's money and get it, like a state agency or something, and you want one, go for it. If all you do is watch movies on it or, play games, or draft your future novels, whatever. I hope everyone that wants a computer will get one from Santa Claus this year. But one last thing, I don't know about your town, but I wish the blind community here in my town had more technical assistance Either remotely or in person in our homes. We don't have that. And that could be one thing that makes blind people hesitant to getting a computer even though they may want one. They already know that if they get stuck somewhere and don't know how to do this or do that, there will be no one around to help them. That's unfortunate. But that is a reality.
